Wild Crush (Wild Cards Book 2) by Simone Elkeles is $1.99 at Amazon!
Bad boy Vic Salazar breaks all the rules except one: Don’t make a move on your best friend’s girl. It’s a Guy Code that Vic lives by. It doesn’t matter that he’s had a crush on her for years. Monika Fox is off limits.
Monika has a secret of her own and when a tragedy throws her and Vic together, the only boy she trusts is the one she shouldn’t confide in. Vic.
As Vic struggles to keep his distance, and Monika struggles with her secrets, will their wild connection violate every rule both vowed never to break—about relationships, about friendship, about love?
Description: It’s been six weeks since angels of the apocalypse descended to demolish the modern world. Street gangs rule the day while fear and superstition rule the night. When warrior angels fly away with a helpless little girl, her seventeen-year-old sister Penryn will do anything to get her back.
Anything, including making a deal with an enemy angel.
Raffe is a warrior who lies broken and wingless on the street. After eons of fighting his own battles, he finds himself being rescued from a desperate situation by a half-starved teenage girl.
Traveling through a dark and twisted Northern California, they have only each other to rely on for survival. Together, they journey toward the angels’ stronghold in San Francisco where she’ll risk everything to rescue her sister and he’ll put himself at the mercy of his greatest enemies for the chance to be made whole again.
Description: New soul
Ana is new. For thousands of years in Range, a million souls have been reincarnated over and over, keeping their memories and experiences from previous lifetimes. When Ana was born, another soul vanished, and no one knows why.
Even Ana’s own mother thinks she’s a nosoul, an omen of worse things to come, and has kept her away from society. To escape her seclusion and learn whether she’ll be reincarnated, Ana travels to the city of Heart, but its citizens are afraid of what her presence means. When dragons and sylph attack the city, is Ana to blame?
Sam believes Ana’s new soul is good and worthwhile. When he stands up for her, their relationship blooms. But can he love someone who may live only once, and will Ana’s enemies—human and creature alike—let them be together? Ana needs to uncover the mistake that gave her someone else’s life, but will her quest threaten the peace of Heart and destroy the promise of reincarnation for all?
Jodi Meadows expertly weaves soul-deep romance, fantasy, and danger into an extraordinary tale of new life.

Lastly, let’s chat about HACKERS…
The bane of my existence…
Ladies and gentleman, if you own a blog or are considering starting a blog, protect yourself. WordPress was attacked heavily over the last few weeks by anxious hackers looking for easy prey like me. Yes, I fell prey to a crazy attack that shut me down for almost two weeks. I’d clean my site (which is no easy task if you don’t know how to manipulate/read code and scripts) and a day later it was re-infected. After seven straight days of attacks, I finally enlisted the help of Sucuri. Trust me, paying someone to fix my site was not an easy decision to make, but, there was no other way to save it.
Malware was embedded deep within my site.
If you want to protect yourself from malicious attacks, here are some helpful tips and links on how to get started.
Change ALL passwords. Even your hosting passwords and personal email.
Scan your personal computer for viruses and malware. Having a virus on your computer can infect your browsers and websites.
Delete Any ADMIN administrators (that’s how they got in my site). Don’t keep them, even if no one uses the accounts, hackers can.
