It’s Hump Day! And I’m sure some of us need a cocktail by now. Here on Cocktail Wednesday I’ll be dishing about some of my favorite cocktails. Sometimes I will include drinks I spot from around the web and other times this weekly feature will include drinks I’ve made. For those of you who prefer non-alcoholic beverages, there will be something fun in these posts for you too! So, sit back relax and take a sip!

Choice of Fruit
Large Pineapple
Fruit for Garnishes

Cut the top off the pineapple and carefully remove the fruit from inside. Save the pineapple insides to use as garnishes later or in the actual smoothie. Mix up your favorite fruit in a blender and sweeten to taste. In this particular one pictures it was: pineapple, strawberries, and mango. Pour the smoothie into the pineapple and top with a little umbrella, pineapples, and a strawberry! Yum…

My Thoughts

I had this AMAZING panty-dropping smoothie while at Myrtle Beach in South Carolina this past weekend. I have to say, it was so freaking delicious I spent $20 bucks and bought two! Gah, from now on I’m putting ALL my smoothies in pineapples, heck I might even try one in a cantaloupe, honeydew, or watermelon. Hummmm….decisions…decisions… This is also proof that you don’t need alcohol to enjoy a fabulous drink!!
